Why Quotes?

So often, we read or hear a quote that truly inspires and motivates us, but in a moment we forget. By keeping a quote present in our hearts and in our minds, our lives can truly transform! If you have ideas for great quotes that have touched or inspired you, please e-mail them to me and you may see them featured on my website soon!

Do you do personalized prints or quotes upon request?

I often do commission work. To request a personalized print or specific quote, please e-mail me.

How much longer a custom design?

Once we receive an initial inquiry/contact you can expect a response from us within 48 hours (M-F). The design process time will vary based on the extent of your revisions, but we can typically have a revised proof in your inbox within 24 hours of receiving edits by email. Our print turnaround time will vary by season but is typically 3-4 full weeks.

Shipping

For all standard shipments we use UPS Ground and ship from the Gaithersburg, Maryland Area. We also offer expedited 3-day and overnight shipping options for an additional charge. Please let us know prior to placing your order if you will require expedited shipping. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation and a tracking number. We are always happy to have local clients pick-up their orders at our studio in lieu of shipping!

Will you ship my international order?

Yes, we would love to. All international orders are shipped through USPS by Express Mail with delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Typically, international orders take no longer than 5 days, however, customs can take an extra day or two, depending on the country. International orders are sent with a tracking number, but will not have signature confirmation. Please note that some countries may charge duties to the receiving party, depending on the cost of the order. International shipping costs vary by order size.

Rush Orders

We are happy to accept rush orders when our schedule permits. Please let us know if you will need to place a rush order in your initial inquiry or house form. Due to the complexity of the job, size of the order and our current printing schedule we cannot guarantee rush services will be available, please inquire!

Payment

All purchases made though the online shop will be processed though PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can use any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card for checkout.
